One of the best parts of running a Real Estate and Interior Design business is when we get to help a client not only FIND his dream home, but also DESIGN the dream home. When we helped Dr.Pharris purchase this home a few months ago this home was in a deperate need for an update. The kitchen had good bones and the cabinets were in good shape but the blue walls and stained island time stamped this space to the 90’s. He’s a few years out of med school and was ready to make his first home, his own space. The challenge to all of this, the budget. It’s a fairly large home and he wanted to upgrade everything to match the new space. So not only did we have design obstacles to overcome we also needed to furnish and style the space.
