Weed Barrier Installation in 4 Simple Steps 
Clear & Prep
Remove all weeds and rake the soil surface smooth
Lay & Mark
Unroll the fabric over the bed, then measure plant spacing and cut an “X” at each planting spot.
Fix with Nails
Staple the fabric firmly to the ground around the edges and between the X-cuts to keep it in place
Put your Plant
Fold back the flaps of each “X”, dig a hole through the opening, place your plant in, and gently fold the flaps back around the stem.

Yes, the woven polypropylene physically blocks sunlight to prevent weed seeds from germinating. For best results, secure edges with landscape staples and overlap seams by 6 inches to prevent weeds from pushing through gaps

This fabric weighs 2 ounces per square yard with a woven polypropylene construction. It is designed for general garden, landscaping, and gravel underlayment use. Heavier weight options are available in other Pterying roll sizes

Standard U-shaped landscape staples or garden stakes work well. Space staples every 2 to 3 feet along edges and at seam overlaps for secure anchoring. Staples are sold separately.
