Does the headrail and bottom rail match the shade color?
Yes. The headrail and bottom rail are color coordinated to the shade.
Can the shades be mounted on a door?
Yes. Add a special message to the seller requesting “hold-downs” be included with the shade.
Can the shades be mounted in a bathroom or kitchen?
Yes. The shades can be mounted in any room in the house.
What is the minimum mounting depth?
Minimum mounting depth required is 1-1/8″
What are the headrail dimensions?

I received the incorrect size shade. What should I do?
Please remove the shade from the box, take a picture of the measurement of the actual headrail with a metal tape measure and provide it to the seller for review.
When will I receive my order?
Your shades should arrive between 7-10 Days from your order date depending on where you are located in the US.
How do I process a return?
Please utilize your account purchasing center/orders for all return Requests.
I cannot get the headrail to snap into the bracket?
Please make sure the brackets are evenly aligned and leveled. Make sure that the brackets are not set too far back into the window so that you have enough room to seat the headrail into the bracket and can make it “snap” into place.

How to Order Inside Mount: Each cellular shade is produced at the exact size you order. For an inside mount, order the shade width 1/4″ to 1/2″ narrower than the window opening width. IMPORTANT: This shade fits windows measuring 30-1/4″ to 30-1/2″ wide for inside mount.
How to Order Outside Mount: For an outside mount, simply order the shade size that matches the width of the area you want the shade to cover. Please refer to the how to measure and how to order illustrations.
